If you have a telecommunications mast located on your property and you are contacted by the operator with a view to renewing the agreement they hold with you, it is important that you seek professional advice in order to achieve the best possible outcome.

Low rental offers are being made and unfortunately following badly drafted legislation it is more of a case of damage control. Make sure you seek professional advice when approached by operators with draft Heads of Terms and a low level of rent.
