Remember most SPS entitlements can be traded at any time throughout the year. We usually have most types of entitlements for sale. We offer a comprehensive sale & purchase service. Dealing with the necessary RPA forms until transer is complete and the collection & payment of monies.

Rural Land Register Mapping Update - 2009
You will shortly be receiving a new set of digital maps from the Rural
Payments Agency, these maps will provide the basis for the 2010
Single Payment Scheme Forms.
The RPA are allowing only 28 days from receipt for you to check the
maps, make amendments on a Reply Form (RMU1) and return it to
the RPA.
It is important that all eligible land is correctly mapped and any
ineligible features are correctly accounted for.
Stephenson & Son are providing a Mapping Update Service in which
one of our team of qualified surveyors will check your maps and
carry out the necessary amendments.
